  We spent several wonderful days at Nayara Gardens, and as travelers who have visited more than 100 countries around the world, as well as travel professionals, we can confidently say that this was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences we have ever had. Nestled in the heart of a lush tropical rainforest, Nayara Gardens is a truly magical place where nature, elegance, and tranquility come together in perfect harmony. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with extraordinary attention to every detail, allowing the surrounding tropical vegetation to take center stage. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and each comes with a private pool, surrounded by lush greenery that creates an incredible sense of privacy, peace, and relaxation. It is the kind of place where you can truly disconnect from the outside world and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. The restaurants offer an excellent variety of dishes, with delicious food and menus to suit different tastes. Every space, from the restaurants and bars to the swimming pools, has been thoughtfully designed with an elegant style that respects both the natural surroundings and Costa Rican character. **However, what truly sets Nayara Gardens apart is its exceptional service.** From the warm welcome at reception to the ever-smiling buggy drivers who took us around the property, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The attention to detail, the willingness to accommodate every request, and the sincere desire to make each guest feel special were remarkable. We never felt like just another guest; we felt truly valued. A special mention goes to Daniel and Karina, the managers, who are true professionals 'Par excellence" Their constant presence, attention, and commitment to excellence made it easy to understand why the level of service throughout the hotel is so outstanding. And, of course, Karen at reception, whose warm smile was the first welcome we received and immediately made us feel that we were about to experience something truly special. As travel professionals, we know how much dedication it takes to create an experience of this quality. At Nayara Gardens, excellence is not just about the beautiful setting or the luxurious rooms; it is about the people who make every moment memorable. We were genuinely impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the Costa Rican people, which made our stay even more special. We would return to Nayara Gardens in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay immersed in nature, surrounded by tropical beauty, comfort, and outstanding service.   Wonderful!!

  We had a fantastic stay at Nayara Gardens. Our room was excellent, all of the services exceptional and the whole experience very memorable. We enjoyed the guided nature walks, the hot springs and the very good food. The staff were extremely helpful - even after our stay they helped reunite us with an item we had left behind. Could not have been more impressed. Thank you!!

  A Beautiful Jungle Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality

  We had such a wonderful stay at Nayara Gardens during our family vacation! The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful, but what really made the experience special was being surrounded by nature at every turn. We loved walking around the property and seeing so much wildlife right on the grounds—it felt like a little adventure every time we stepped outside. Most of all, the staff were incredible. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive, and they truly made us feel like family throughout our stay. Traveling with our young son, we especially appreciated how genuinely kind and accommodating everyone was. Nayara Gardens is a beautiful place, but it’s the combination of the incredible setting, wildlife, and genuinely caring staff that made our stay so memorable. We would absolutely love to return!
