Elevated luxury
The hotel facilities, our suite and the food were 10/10. The quality of the service by a proud and expertly trained staff team made our whole experience a 12. A special shout out to our concierge Ignacio who gave us the rockstar treatment and helped make our anniversary trip very special.

Hit By Metal Bar While Sleeping, Dismissed by Hotel Staff
A metal bar fell from the ceiling and struck us while we were sleeping. We were incredibly shocked and disoriented, not sure what was happening or who got into our room. When we reported the incident, the reception supervisor responded with silence. Perhaps disbelief and/or dismissiveness, but we were not happy that neither acknowledgment nor an apology was given.

Exceptional Guest Service
Francisco the pool attendant was EXCEPTIONAL and made our stay as well as that of our group FANTASTIC. Tiffany our guest concierge was equally EXCELLENT and was there for us at all times. Fantastic guest services from each of them. The hotel too was phenomenal, clean and was very clientele and service oriented. There are plenty of food options for every palate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nobu Cabo. The Management should praise Francisco (pool attendant) and Guest Concierge Tiffany. Well done !!

Nice Property, Friendly Staff, But Terrible Service and Wait Time
I'll start by saying that this hotel is not cheap. All of the food items and meals will be very high prices. That’s fine because it is an amazing property and it is a world class quality resort. My only negative was the wait time for things. The bellhops did not let you take your own bags down but once we checked in and got to our room, our bags weren’t there and had to call twice to get someone to bring them up. Finally after 20 minutes my wife went up to grab them and they’re just sitting on a bell cart in the lobby with people jsut standing around. The only bad experience to me in the long run though was the wait time for every food order we made and particularly the extremely poor experience we had at the restaurant onsite “Muna” which had horrible service. The staff could not have cared less about the wait times for the food, and I had to constantly be tracking down the waiter for water, drinks etc to the point where I had to put a clock on us walking out if we didn’t get our food within 10 minutes (we had already been waiting for over 50 minutes, and surprise it magically came out in 5 minutes at that point). The bottom line is this hotel is beautiful, and the staff was in general very friendly, but if you’re going to be paying obscene prices for Cabo (which once again is fine if the service is outstanding) than I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
