  Great Holiday!!

  Our trip was fantastic. We have been twice this year. Our trip was made extra special because of Gabriel and Sebastian at the pool -and Omar and Francisco at Nobu .

  A Relaxing, Five-Star Experience in Los Cabos

  I had an amazing experience at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. The staff was exceptional from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and always prompt. Every detail seemed to be taken care of, which made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The pools, restaurants, gym, and other amenities were all excellent, and the entire property has a beautiful, peaceful, spa-like atmosphere. I highly recommend Nobu Hotel Los Cabos to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding service, great amenities, and a luxurious setting.

  Awesome! High recommended!!

  This hotel was amazing and the service was impeccable, especially in low season during the end of September. It felt like we were one of 6 people in the whole resort. Salvatore and Ted were amazing as personal assistants and we felt pampered and personally attended to by everyone in the resort. Definitely great value for the price. There were a ton of complementary upgrades and benefits throughout our stay. The spa experience was incredible with the sauna and hydrotherapy and a quiet getaway from the rest of the resort. All of the food and drinks were incredible, highly recommend the edamame. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and each of the restaurants provided a unique culinary experience. Each of the three pools also felt unique, and provided different ways to relax and decompress. There were only two small downsides during our stay. The automatic blinds were nonfunctional on our arrival but the room was perfectly clean. We got around this by just pulling on the blinds, but it would have been nice if they worked. The bigger issue was immediately upon our arrival we were greeted by Cesar, who proceeded to schedule us for a breakfast to join the “club” aka sell us a timeshare. While the whole stay was amazing, this particular moment left a poor taste in our mouth, as we do not feel it appropriate to pitch a timeshare meeting the moment we arrive. Overall, highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re coming offseason, just be prepared for a pitch when you arrive. It’s just a brief moment, and the rest of the stay is definitely worth it.

  Disappointing experience, especially given the price

  Disappointing experience, especially given the price I contacted both Nobu and the third-party company I booked through on 22 September, before travelling, because of the nearby Category 5 hurricane and the potential impact on roads and flights. I received no response, so I travelled to Cabo anyway. Had I received a response, I probably wouldn’t have travelled. You would think that an option of refund would be provided since this is outside travellers control Once I arrived, there was increasing concern about the potential impact on roads and flights later that night and Sunday. As I needed to get back to Mexico City and then London on Sunday, I decided to cut my stay short by one night. I spoke to the manager yesterday and explained everything. She said she would look into refunding the Saturday night I could no longer stay, or potentially offering a credit towards another Nobu hotel. I’m still waiting for confirmation. The prices are extremely high. I was surprised to find Nobu Los Cabos was more expensive than Nobu Malibu, yet the additional charges are also significant. There are no snacks in the room, so you have to order them through room service, with a $10 charge just for placing the order. A facial was around £400, and two hours in the spa cost around £200, despite being a hotel guest. Transport is another issue. At the airport I was told I needed a taxi costing around $100, but I ignored this and ordered an Uber for around $70, which picked me up directly outside. Nobu does not allow Uber pickups, so leaving the resort meant using their taxi, which cost around $133. To make matters worse, the Nobu taxi dropped me at the wrong terminal — Terminal 2 instead of Terminal 1 — meaning I then had to walk around 10 minutes. For $133, frankly, that is a joke. There were also basic service issues. My concierge gave me a welcome letter intended for another guest and then had to come back and collect it from me. My restaurant reservation was cancelled by Nobu; the concierge then asked if I wanted it reinstated, I declined, and the restaurant later called asking where I was. The resort itself is beautiful, but at these prices I expected a much higher level of service and communication. Most frustratingly, I contacted them before travelling and received no response, and I am still waiting for confirmation regarding the unused night.

  Our Second Home

  Six years of returning to Nobu, and every visit continues to be exceptional. Everything is truly impeccable—from the beautiful property and atmosphere to the attention to detail and outstanding service. A very special thank you to Jesus, Irwin, and Emily. Their warmth, genuine hospitality, and incredible service are a huge part of what makes Nobu feel so special to us. They remember us, make us feel welcomed every time, and consistently go above and beyond.it is the perfect place to unplug and relax and get pampered. After six years, we can honestly say that the service is one of the main reasons we continue to return to Cabo. Nobu has become a special place for us, and we look forward to coming back year after year. We couldn’t recommend it more highly!
