Great location on Miami Beach! Chill atmosphere with nice lobby bar and great cocktails. Upon entering - Eden ROC is to the right and Nobu to the left. Friendly bag service and check in. Chase benefits included early check in, room upgrade, breakfast for 2 and $100 room credit! Room upgrade to villa is not a typical villa you would get in other hotels with living area/ room but was just on their PH floor. Beds were very comfy. Great turn down service with ice bucket filled and comp dessert. Great shower and bath products. Cool AC! Nice patio and view. Only recommendations are - there are no plugs/charging outlets near the bed. And there was an annoying blinking light in our room that you can see even when your eyes are closed if you’re facing that way when sleeping. Nice coffee shop, and great dinner at Nobu!

The experience was top tier! The service was wonderful; even room service was awesome. Gwendoline sang me happy birthday after bringing our room service! The hotel was clean, spacious, and had great amenities. The food at Nobu is always the best.

3rd stay at Nobu
Rosa and Luis were amazing. I loved my stay here. The food and drinks are delicious. Great music, everything is always clean and fantastic. Amazing customer service!
