Kellby was so wonderful! She assisted me with cancelling about 5 reservations at Eden Roc and rebooking at Nobu Hotel as availability opened up during conference season and Nobu is my boss's preferred option. She was super clear and concise in the way she relayed information to me, and was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process.

Complimenting staff !!!!
I wanted to let someone know what a pleasure it was reserving my rooms with Gabriela Sanchez. In this day of artificial intelligence and the inability to speak with a live person, I had the most pleasant experience reserving my rooms directly with Gabriella. She was knowledgeable, polite and patient as I informed her of all necessary details. What an invaluable asset to the customer service experience!

Beautiful property with ocean views
Had a really relaxing and wonderful day at the pool after an amazing massage. Rosa was so kind and attentive by the pool, enjoyed my piña colada and shrimp salad while overlooking the ocean.

Relaxing enjoyable solo trip
I had such a wonderful stay at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with spacious, luxurious rooms, incredible ocean views, and so many great amenities. I especially loved that the spa facilities are available to hotel guests throughout the stay, even outside of a booked treatment. One of my favorite little details is the bracelet that works as your room key. Not having to worry about carrying a room key around at the beach or pool makes everything so much easier and more enjoyable. I also want to give a special shoutout to Aisha at the front desk. I arrived well before the 4 PM check-in time, and she went out of her way to help get my room ready by 1 PM. After traveling all morning, that made such a difference and was so appreciated. Beautiful property, amazing amenities, wonderful service, and such a relaxing oceanfront setting. I would absolutely stay here again!
