I had a wonderful time at this resort. It's gorgeous, and the environment is clean. The staff is both friendly and humorous, and I developed a fondness for the Japanese restaurant. I loved the pool and the property's overall design. The rooms are clean; I would visit again.

Review
I had an amazing time in this resort! There’s always something to do from morning to night (games, dancing, shows, etch.,). The staffs (receptionists, bartenders, waiters, security guards, and more) are very warm and friendly. Especially Randy, he goes out of his way to ask if there’s anything we need and he kept us informed about any upcoming events, will definitely come back!

Sep 23, 2026Wonderful Service & Spa - Minor Issues But Still A Great Stay, Will Return!
We had a lovely stay! Special shoutout to our server and chef at the Japanese restaurant — I don't remember her name but she affectionately calls one of my friends "English" 😊 — they were fantastic. The spa team was also very warm and welcoming; I'm so glad I booked the massage, I left feeling completely renewed 🤗 There were just a few minor issues: we had a problem with the toilet fixture when flushing, but it was fixed after we reported it to the front desk. We also noticed the food gets cold quite quickly, likely due to the chilly atmosphere in the evenings. The hotel overall is very nice. The only real inconvenience is that when you book a tour, you have to walk all the way to the main gate to get picked up. Despite that, we didn't let it stop us from enjoying our time. We had a great stay and hope to be back in the near future!

First class experience from start to finish - will definitely be returning!
5 stars all round for this hotel. Lovely and clean and modern. Great staff, great breakfast. The most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve experienced in an hotel. Perfect location, right opposite the beach. Supermarkets within 5 min walk, and abundance of restaurants to chose from. If I had a small criticism, it could do with nightly entertainment. This would not stop me from returning to this hotel in the future though!

Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - The hotel will not accept any Spring Break groups. If the hotel does make an exception the following policy will be strictly applied: Students / youth are considered by the hotel as anyone between 16 and 23 years old. They will be required to sign a responsibility letter agreeing to leave the hotel if there is a disruption. Upon check in each student / youth will be required to leave cash deposit of $400 per person - no exceptions and cash only. Minimum age requirement for hotel check in is 18. Any guests under the age of 18 will require a chaperone. 1 chaperone is required per 3 students / youth under the age of 18. Minimum age for a chaperone is 28.
Legal drinking age in the DR is 18. Any guests under 18 will be given a wrist band that will not allow them to have access to alcohol at any venue and will also not allow them in the disco. All guests are required to wear wristbands. The cost for a lost wristband is $250 - no exceptions. The hotel does reserve the right to ask any student / youth to check out of the property if the hotel policies are not fulfilled without the right to a refund for the remaining nights of the reservation.
