    Outstanding serving service!

    Vanilly Que trabaja en El Lindo Mexicano was excellent!! Ask for him as your server if you stop by at the Occidental Costa Cancun. Great server, was quick to attend our orders and drinks! Kept our cups filled, and plates warm! Vanilly is a great server, above and beyond! I strongly recommend!!

    Amazing Staff !! 💕

    Yazmin made sure we had a great time, all of our girls couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the staff. Between Zumba and paint and sip there wasn’t a dull moment ! The staff here were so friendly and welcoming to all people and cultures. Shoutout to JJ for making sure we had the best time ever ! Catch him where you can do all the water activities! Occidental Costa Cancún has been a pleasure to stay at.

    Great for Price

    Great Place for the price! If you’re expecting a budget friendly resort, it will not disappoint! The beach is on the smaller side, but there are plenty of lounge chairs and places to sit. They never filled up during our stay. The food and drinks are decent, and we never left hungry! I would recommend it for the price.

    Was mostly good! Staff were friendly - we will return!

    My sister and I accompanied my mother for a first return to Mexico since Our father’s passing. The hotel was s but manageable- gum was small but clean - mom enjoyed a nice massage. Our room overlooked the pool with an ocean view. Very peaceful for mom to sit on. Food was ok - A La cartes were nice. Vanilly was a fanatic breakfast server at the buffet. Weather was warm! Room was clean!
