We enjoyed our stay at the Occidental Cozumel! The staff here is top notch. The resort is set in the jungle with natural vegetation and wildlife. The food at the buffet is good with lots of variety. We aren’t picky eaters and found plenty of decent options. We particularly loved our dining experience at Los Olivos! The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and restocked daily. The pools are nice although it would be nice to have more seating at both. The highlight of our trip was Santos, the bartender at the Adult pool. Amazing service from this kind gentleman! The entire staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall great resort if you’re looking for a quiet getaway to recharge and relax.

Conzumel is what we needed. Relaxation. The people are great, cordial and respectful, in and out of the resort. The accommodations and service all around the facility are outstanding!

The best experience
We had a wonderful experience! A special thank you to Miss Sánchez at First Club for her excellent service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the bar and the shows, and the beach was very clean and beautiful. The food was good, although there is still a little room for improvement. Overall, we had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay!
