My experience was exceptional. Hotel staff very attentive and polite. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. The hotel atmosphere was very fun and delightful. The value to me was great. No use levels were perfect and to my liking. I enjoyed all the amenities provided. I would definitely recomend this hotel and i look forward to my next visit.

Best holidays
Amazing hotel. It is beautiful, nice decoration, clean and big beautiful beach. Food is delicious, but the best the staff. Very kind people always with a smile ready to help Special mention for Betania at guest house. She is super professional, the best to help making your stay perfect. Ketty feliz in the beach restaurant always with a smile ready to help, making your breakfast or lunch a nicer experience. The kids club girls were very sweet with my girl, specially Odeline and Bernice. All the animation team are super fun and work hard to make you happier and entertained. It is our 4th time and we are going again for sure!!!!

I loved the weather, beach, and pool. Food was not for us. We are off-site instead. The majority of the staff didn't speak English, making it hard to communicate.

Incredible Staff Who Made Our Stay Special
I would like to express my deepest appreciation for Lidia, who provided outstanding guest service during our stay at the Occidental Punta Cana. She consistently went the extra mile in absolutely everything she did. We had a few issues during our stay, and Lidia resolved each one immediately and professionally. She also helped us celebrate two birthdays and made both occasions feel truly special. What impressed me most was that she continued to check on us even outside of her working hours, making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Lidia was always smiling, helpful, and incredibly kind. Her dedication and genuine care turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. She is an exceptional asset to the hotel, and we are deeply grateful for everything she did for us. I would also like to also express my sincere gratitude to Anny, the Guest Service Manager. She is absolutely outstanding and truly great at what she does. Anny was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay, always making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine attention made a real difference for us, and we deeply appreciate everything she did. My thanks also go to all the reception staff and the hospitality team for their warm service, the lovely food, and the delicious cocktails we enjoyed throughout our stay. I’d also like to recognise the animation team — especially Franklin Charles — for bringing so much energy and fun to our days. Their enthusiasm and great spirit made our experience even more memorable.

Occidental Punta Cana Orrienstal
Very good food. Enjoyed the overall experience and setting. Service was wonderful and loved the great staff. Will most definitely come back.
