I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful this resort his. The staff and atmosphere was amazing!!! I lost my husband in 2025 and prior to his death I had a bucket list. And. Lmk f here was on that list. I came when it would have been our 23 wedding anniversary and when I got to my room it was close to the pool and buffet which he loved. I felt his presence w me throighout the trip! The staff at the royal club was outstanding… thank you Elvin Jeocha Ana and Dileynys for the amazing service and making my trip pleasant! The food was amazing!!! I am already planning to come again.

Great vacation! Occidental Punta Cana was absolute gorgeous. Our room was very nice and we had great service. There were a few things we did not like, We couldn’t get in the ocean because it was a ton of seaweed in it. All activities are in Spanish and everything is geared for Hispanics. There are sales people walking around the resort and on the beach constantly trying to sale you something. That was very aggravating!

Excellent vacation spot for the Price
Just had a wonderful week at Occidental grand, Punta Cana, Royal Grand level. Service was awesome. These are the nicest people and very deserving of tips. Food at Royal restaurant DELICIOUS! Special thanks to all the waitstaff: Ruben, Wendy, Fermin, Ana, Rosa, Faviana, Sandro, Dileynys, Edyleini. Grounds are very well maintained throughout resort. Pools cleaned early morning everyday. Seaweed cleaned off of beaches. Our rooms were kept very clean by the very excellent Tomas and fridge well stocked. Jenry Oyental Ubiera, Royal club manager, was always there to help with any needed we had. We appreciate his attentiveness. Also, his coworker Angel. The dedicated royal club beach (plenty of available chairs and shade) and Royal club beach bar were such a pleasure. Bartenders: William, Maria and Mayelin were very friendly and welcoming. Creating the drinks of our wishes! We met a great group of like-minded OVC members. They were so much fun to hang out with. We thoroughly enjoyed their company and hope to see them again next year. We recommend transport with Nedo tours (attached). Gracious fellow, fair prices, reliable. He use to play for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Absolutely nothing bad to report. Had the best time!!! we look forward to returning next year and every year after that!

Great experience
