Great service!! Another great week in the Royal Club!! Hipolito and everyone in the Royal Club made our stay amazing!!! We would highly recommend coming to this resort and staying at the royal club! We’ve been several times and have always enjoyed our experience

Beautiful beach and lots of activities, including for kids: the kids had a great time in the kids' pool with the slides, as well as many different fun activities with Mariela and Rosa from crafts and treasure hunts in the morning to mini disco and face painting at night! Buffet food could have been better (both in terms of quality and variety), but the à la carte restaurants were pretty good. The pizzeria for lunch was a great option as well.

Estefany es muy Bonita y the best and i love this hotel, nothing but all around fantastic service and accommodations! I highly recommend coming to the breakfast - ask for estafany, she will take care of anything! The best trip ever!! Thank you!

Occidental Punta Cana was excellent!
Excellent food and service! Everyone here is kind and helpful. 100% would come again! Would recommend for a large group of college students or family. The hospitality has something for everyone, and I will definitely be recommending this resort for everyone!

Overall good experience at this resort and great value.
Overall good experience at this resort and great value. FOOD : 4 **** SERVICE : 5 ***** ROOMS : 4 **** RESORT : 4 **** BARS : 2** The resort was indeed refreshed a few years back so the rooms are modern. Routine maintenance is a bit lacking, at least in our room. Example: shower caulking was moldy in spots, toilet seat was very loose, some lights didn't work etc TVs are dated (not Smart) and could use a few more English channels (only 4 of roughly 75) but we weren't there to watch TV. The pools are big and long so there is room for everyone. The beach is AMAZING in that area with many palm trees for shade and chairs for guests. Food was good and I expected better for a supposed 5 star. Drinks seemed to be watered down which sucked. We watched as staffed filled our mugs with half alcohol from the bottle and half mixer yet the drink was weak.
