Loved the beach, water and the waves, the real reason we came. Resort was very nice with a great ocean view room and really comfortable beds. The food was repetitive and a bit bland, so we ventured offsite for a few meals. We had great service from Omar in the poolside restaurant. And Antonio was super nice and attentive in the adult pool bar. These two gentleman made our stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. A few things the property rooms need updating. Also there should be Menu for the restaurant's beforehand. There needs to be another alternative as to how the reservations for dinner are booked. the water jets in the infinity pool need to be fixed. The staff was great the food quality could be better. , Overall good value for the money.

Fantastic experience and phenomenal service
My husband and I came to Cancun to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversary and it is AMAZING 🤩 we are in loveeee with this place and it’s by far the best hotel we have ever been in! We met Jose Martin in reception who was the first person we came in contact with. He took care of us from the begging to the end. He is highly professional, kind, very attentive, friendly, dedicated, and has top notch customer service to say the least this gentlemen deserves a raise 100/10!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Every time we ran into him he was always welcoming and happy to see us which made us feel welcomed and at home every single time. Thanks to him we were able to got an arrangement of towel doves and rose peddles om the bed for our anniversary with a bottle plus little decorated desserts including strawberries dipped in chocolate❤️. It was also my husband’s birthday a couple days later and again he managed to arrange a little cake also decorating the bed with happy birthday balloons just fantastic! He also reminded the waiter to sing happy birthday to him! He also helped us with our restaurant reservations which we are grateful for!! This is was our First time in Cancun and we will mark this location as our get away💘! There’s no complaints about this place excellent customer service, friendly staff, all inclusive, excellent food, excellent view, and excellent drinks! Thank you sooooo much for one of the best experiences!!🙏🏼❤️❤️❤️💘👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼☀️

Phenominal service and amazing experience
I came to Occidental Tucancun for my 1 year wedding anniversary and birthday, and I can most definitely say it was a spectacular experience thanks to Jose Martin's excellent services provided during my stay at this resort. Jose's service was very attentive, decisive, and always on schedule. The overall staff working at this location were all excellent and polite, safe to say the nicest people I have had the pleasure of being attended by. The location itself is paradise with the beautiful ocean to wake up to and delicious food to eat everyday. Thanks to the dedicated services provided by Jose Martin and his staff members, I will be coming to this location annually. It's our new home away from home, 5/5 stars!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
