Managers and staff unknowledgeable and rude
Manager and hotel staff were unknowledgeable regarding shuttle service back to airport. Gave inconsistent information on how to book it and we had to pay out of pocket for Uber to make our flight. Transat’s “transport” to and from the airport are disorganized and the rep is rude when told of the incident. Hotel manage also rude.

Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stayed in.
This hotel is shocking from start to finish. Food is shocking , you get served your drinks in lobby bar in a water dispenser cup. Drinks are watered down and beer is awful. We had 4 rooms and had issues with every room from shower not working, toilet not flushing ,no clean towels daily and air con does not work. Key cards for rooms had to be programmed daily sometimes 3 times a day. We had the worst ever holiday and would not recommend this hotel at all. Mustache better hotels close by stay away at all costs.

Amazing service from the staff.
They need to have more diversity of food to avoid the same offer every day and make sure the food tables are full of the time. Also the quality of the food would be better.

WIll NEVER GO BACK! Staff weren't very accommodating but yet always expecting a "tip"
Don't book your vacation here. This is my 2nd time, but will be my last. Subpar service and always expecting a "tip", was told the only way to give us the nice room is to pay because it's Thanjsgiving week, or upgrade our first club memberships to 2 bedroom memberships, niw why would I upgrdae my contract if they can't even give me the service that I paid for according to my contract? If you decide to go to this resort, do yourself a favor and don't ever buy the OVC timeshare which I paid $30K for.

No diversity on food options
Not sure if it was only us ,but had to order food everyday day as had no options that we could use Breakfast was good only if chef listened to you , one day chef was I don’t make omelets with salt and pepper Try calling the room service if you got through and if you did the wait patiently for what you asked as it may take time For an all inclusive hotel This hotel was complete waste of money as on many occasions when we asked or basic things like plate , spoon , water and some fruit we were told NO For POOL you paid 20 pesos , I was like Why No options for teens to play Shops in resort be careful once you buy something and want to return after 30 seconds sorry can’t do it as system does not allow Dollar exchange was complete rip off
