Just on the way home after an amazing two weeks stay at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and could not do enough. Special shout outs to Diana, Ismael (Alverez) and all of the Entertainment team - especially Javier and Victor. Had the best couple of weeks and would definitely recommend

We had a very nice holiday there and it had everything you need. The pools and the beach are great. The odd small improvements could make a massive difference to the hotel. The restaurant booking system, the use of the hot plate, and increasing members of staff behind the bar would definitely have improved the experience.

Fantastic staff on an all fronts. Front desk and serving staff all deserve a raise! The grounds and groomed-beach all lovely. The rooms/decor dated, limited /repetitive buffet and tired linens. There were no poolside snacks…not even a single taco chip. During our stay there was not a single cup of fresh salsa - pico de gallo distant dream. The daily food was disappointing - full stop. BUT the Christmas Eve buffet was a total hit! … delicious, all the North American traditional hits. Sadly Christmas Eve only comes once a year.
