The crew (Daniel, Carlos, and Rainer) at the privilege pool area were the best, those three made sure we always had drinks and our needs were met!

Really enjoyed
I travelled with my husband from December 11 to December 18. We had a great week and really enjoyed the services offered by Privilege. We received great services from Daniel de le Rosa by the Privilege pool. He made sure we were always well hydrated, fed and comfortable. The weather was great, food was excellent. We will definitely be back!!!

Truly amazing
This was single handedly the best holiday me and my partner have ever been on, together or separately. We have just come back from being there and we have no fault with anything at this hotel whatsoever. It has so much to offer, for couples, families and the staff well…. They really do become your family. The customer service we received wasn’t just polite, it was above and beyond. The bar staff at the pool were just so lovely and full of life. It was such a privilege to meet all the staff but most of all we have to say; the exceptional service was from Diogene (I hope I have spelt this right) and Mizkel. They were the dream team down at the pool bar and had not only myself and my partner in tears of laughter with their performances but the whole place “I I I”. It really made our experience and we couldn’t be more grateful to of mate them. The resources they have really do cater to everybody and you really don’t have to leave the resort; it has everything there and the bonus is that it is right next to the beach! We met so many lovely people there that had actually been repeatedly going to this hotel for years and it’s safe to say, even though we have to endure a 9 hour flight to get there, we would absolutely 100% be back here and we hope to see the staff that we have had the pleasure to meet again in the future. Plus, watching the sunrise on the beach is to DIE for.

Ocean Blue & Sand - Javier @ Piano Bar
We absolutely loved the Piano Bar at Ocean Blue & Sand, especially Javier the bartender. Incredibly friendly and personable while making the best cocktails we’ve ever had on vacation anywhere.
