  Family vacation

  This is a beautiful resort with amazing staff, chef Tamara made me the best meal for my stay, my husband is a great cook but she could have competed with him and maybe won, haha. Some of the staff are not so pleasant that are on the buffet line, i encountered one young lady, not sure if she was having a bad day, or just simply overworked or overwelmed, which i got to bring to the Managers attention. Ms. Monique, she listened to our concerns and i personally appreciated that, also the servers in the buffet are excellent, Shane was very professional and attentive. So the one encounter that would have talen away from this wonderful experience would have been the young lady who did not seem happy about doing her job, i hope that will change for our next visit. And i hope that management are treating the staff well, so they can be happy to serve. Because of the other amazing staff i will give a 5/5

  Overall experience was great!

  My wife, our 10-month-old, and I stayed at Ocean Coral Spring in August 2026 to celebrate my birthday. We upgraded to the Privilege package after the front desk team told us about it, and overall it was worth it — I’d rate it 4.5/5. A couple of interactions with butlers fell short, but Nazwa consistently went above and beyond and turned those moments around. Food was a highlight across the property. Sugarcane restaurant, red snapper, and the Privilege lounge were our favorites, and our server Nickesha was the best we had. No complaints on the food anywhere. The bar scene was excellent too — bartenders were sharp and attentive. Special thanks to Kimoy at the lobby bar for her warmth, fun energy, and great drink recommendations. Angi and Omar at the front desk also went out of their way to arrange day passes so we could reconnect with family members we hadn’t seen in years — that meant a lot to us. As someone who travels constantly for work as a corporate pilot, this stay stood out. A memorable trip we won’t forget. Thank you, Ocean Coral Spring team.

  They do not care about kids

  Went on a day pass 15 persons and around 6 kids . Day pass ends at 6pm At 5pm asked starfbwher to was open to eat , and hey said nowhere , we should wait until 6. See sat patiently for one hour in one place awaiting restaurant to open. The buffet was open at 630 and the denied us entry,, despite the staff telling us to wait until it was open. Asked if the kids alone could eat and they said no, despite seeing us wait patiently for one hour plus. Kicked us out of our hungry kids,. Also refused to give the name of the manwge Who made tht decision after explaining the circumstances where it was their own staff who told us to wait. Would never recommend anywhere that has zero compassion for children

  Work Vacation

  I enjoyed my stay at the resort.Monique the for and beverage concierge manager made my culinary experience delightful, the food was great, staff attitude great, I enjoyed the privilege lounge, my favorite thing there was the hummus. My room was good , check in was a bit slow, so maybe management can see what they can do to make this process a lot faster, aside from that everything was great.
