    20th anniversary to remember

    Our 20th anniversary at Ocean Eden was absolutely fantastic and we owe a large part of that to Lee of the entertainment team! She went out of her way to make our entire stay memorable!!

    I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to have a great time with friends!

    The rooms were large and clean, the service was fantastic and entertainment was amazing. Billy and Kash went above and beyond for our friend on her birthday, making it one to remember!

    Go for the property, the hospitality and the food, but return for the EXCEPTIONAL staff (particularly Billy and Kyash)!

    This was our first time in Jamaica and our first stay with an H10 Property. We were blown away by the friendliness of the staff, the layout, and the many entertainment and food choices. Truly exceptional. More than anything, what stood out was the effort the staff put into making everyone feel welcome. One of our friends celebrated a birthday while we were there. After the show that night, we came outside to find that Billy and Kyash has planned a special surprise for her birthday. There was a table, many staff, many other guests, and even some of the entertainment staff waiting to sign Happy Birthday! And the fun didn't stop there - they continued signing and celebrating and making her, and all of us, feel special. We loved the resort on it's own, but seeing people like Billy and Kyash go the extra mile is what will make us return!
