Ocean Eden was great, customer service was excellent and the food and accommodations were amazing. Highly recommended.

Our Bell man Homeboy was Amazing! The overall service could have been better for handicap people. The 5th floor didn’t provide a swing as the other floors on the balcony. There was no alcohol mini bar like other hotels. The light on the balcony had no way to turn off manually they were on an automatic timer. Not enough carts to move people through the resort.
