Okay, website deceiving.
This location is under renovation but the overall first impression was not great. You had no choice but to valet park and then you were at their mercy when you needed to leave. Valet unattended quite often and you had no choice but to wait for them. The rooms are ok, nothing special. Pool area was small, pictures are very deceiving. The pool was also dirty, desperately needed cleaning. We were there for 3 nights. You have to request service in your room and we did so for 2 of the nights and never received anything at all. We had to call to get more towels and they took an hour to bring them to us almost making us miss an excursion. Location is good, but I will look elsewhere next time. We broke our week long stay up into two hotels and had a much better experience elsewhere.

Pricey but awesome service
Stayed here in an Ocean Front King suite over Columbus Day Weekend for 3 nights. We drove down from Miami on a rainy afternoon and the place was relatively easy to find. From the moment we pulled up to the valet area, the service was on point, and lasted the entire stay. Whenever we needed anything in our room, someone was there within minutes. We had room service for breakfast every morning. We ate outside on the balcony, overlooking the channel going out to the ocean, observing all the fishing and tour boats going out for the day. To the left, we had an excellent view of Mallory square, and were able to see the evening show as the sunset. The resort is a little pricey and some places need a little TLC, but considering the proximity to the Ocean and Mother Nature, they do a good job of keeping up. The room was spotless and fresh smelling, with modern amenities like 2 large flatscreen TVs, free wifi (not secure though. Be careful) and a decent charging station. Bathroom had a deep jacuzzi tub and a separate walk in shower. Big counter with twin sinks and a giant multi lit mirror with a backlit digital clock to keep an eye on, so you dont miss your dinner reservation. You will be charged a deposit of $150 per night for incidentals, $70 a night for resort fee and valet is like $50 a night. The service is so top notch, I could not complain much about the price. They will credit you if there is anything left on your deposit. Here is a tip. Mallory Square just below your balcony, is inhabited my a multitude of Chickens and Roosters, who start to crow by like 5 AM. So don't leave your balcony windows or doors open unless you like to get up early. Also, birds and Iguanas may come into your room. That may ruin your stay. Also when you are done eating on your balcony, bring the room service tray inside. The birds can get a little aggressive if you leave your plates outside unattended.

A little get away for my 70th
Nice place but unless you like sleeping on cement go somewhere else. The beds are harder than hard. property was well maintained. Did not like the $65.00 dollar a daty resort fee. I think it's a ripoff and then there's your $48.00 a dollar a day to park your car.

Birthday visit
The resort was in a wonderful location. The staff was very helpful and attentive. There was construction on half of the resort but it didn't seem to affect anyone.

Great Resort for everything in Key West!
Beautiful accommodations! Incredible view of the ocean. Excellent location! The Sunset Pier is a great place to watch the sunset and listen to great music. Then venture 3 minutes walk to the night life of Duval St.!
