Brilliant hotel! Lots to do Margarita was excellent at helping us with some amazing trips and excursions! Jorge behind the lobby bar was amazing, took his time getting to know us, our drinks were nevwr empty, he always had a new one waitinf when one was nearly finished. We will be back!! Thank you Ocean Maya for an unforgettable holiday

Ocean Maya is special
We came here for our honeymoon and second visit, and this time stayed in the privilege package. Once again, we absolutely love this place. The resort is first class and the food is amazing. Everything is clean, beautiful and the entertainment is the kind you would pay for back home. Special mentions to Jesus and Isla in the privilege side for their attentiveness, and for making us feel at home during our stay and warmly welcomed. Both Jesus and Isla are the best examples of the whole staff team, who are the reason that Ocean Maya is the best place we’ve every stayed. We already want to book a third visit (and usually, we never go to the same place twice). Ocean Maya is special. Big love from Ben and Ellie (UK)

I recommend it to everyone I know!
First and best all-inclusive out of the country choice for our honeymoon! We felt like royalty here! We easily became friends with so many staff and it was clear they loved their job, which made our stay even more enjoyable! We stayed 9 nights which was the perfect amount of time to adjust and relax. Great opportunities for excursions too. It was so fun to have the variety of restaurants and food, night entertainment, choices for quieter or more engaged activities, and ocean access! We thought we would have had enough after 9 days but we can't wait to go back maybe for our first anniversary! What a treat! You won't be disappointed!
We loved this place. The entertainment, food, and rooms were all perfect. They even have 2 porn channels on the cable!! That was interesting. But we would definitely go back and stay there again. We did upgrade to the Privilege Room. It was nice, but I don't really think it's necessary. You really only get access to a separate restaurant.
