Privilege guests can receive an exclusive evening outing to visit, dine, and experience another Ocean Hotels property (only valid within destination) for an evening of entertainment and discovery. 
The service works as follows:

•Visit time frame is from 6pm to 1am, includes dinning, drinks, and entertainment.

    New year at Ocean Maya Royale

    I loved my stay at the Ocean Maya Royale, especially thanks to the entertainment staff who made it so amazing. Special thanks to the entertainment crew: Viri, Kendell, and Moises. I’d also like to thank Yovanetti at the bar for making my experience fabulous. Last but not least, thank you to Roberto at check-in, who quickly got me settled in. He knew I really wanted to attend the entertainment event at the pool before it ended, and he even arranged a room close to the activities, which I absolutely loved.

    Fun in the Sun!

    Beautiful beach, fun atmosphere, great food. The activities team was amazing! We especially enjoyed Victor; he had a great personality and made us feel special everyday! Don’t miss the Foam Pool Party!

    I Spent 8 nights in this fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect: the food, the room, and the entertainment. Thanks to the 'Blue Team,' there is never a dull moment here. ​I would especially like to highlight Kendell❤️, whose positive personality played a huge part in making my stay in this tropical paradise truly wonderful.     He only resort we have been to multiple times

    This is our third trip here! We love this resort as it’s small, adults only and the food is good. We especially love that the staff actually remembers you when you return. Our favourites are Kenddell and Cheeky with the entertainment crew. Kenddell has an infectious positive attitude that is amazing. He really gets people out of their comfort zone and is a lot of fun ❤️. Cheeky is super friendly and we love his personality as well . Jesus the waiter on the privilege side is amazing. He actually remembered us the second year which shocked us . Last but not least we love Augustine in Mikes coffee, he is the sweetest man with the biggest smile 😁

    GO HERE!

    We LOVED our honeymoon here! Everything was wonderful from the food to the entertainment. The entertainment team was awesome and made us feel so special. We love Kenndell, Marian, Gustavo, and Moises! Also Gabriela in the Privilege Lounge was SUPER helpful and caring when we reached out with a request. We 100% recommend this place!
