Privilege guests can receive an exclusive evening outing to visit, dine, and experience another Ocean Hotels property (only valid within destination) for an evening of entertainment and discovery. 
The service works as follows: 
•Guests will communicate the Privilege Concierge 24 hours prior to outing to discovery property. 
•Visit time frame is from 6pm to 1am, includes dinning, drinks, and entertainment. 
•Transportation must be covered by the guest.

    Marian, Gustavo and Alejandro were 10/10. They were absolutely fantastic entertainers and the life of the party. Hands down the best entertainment staff at the resort.

    Entertainment and kayaking

    Gustavo's energy was so positive and fun. What a great entertainer. Marian was a great kayaking coach. So much fun. Had a wonderful time.

    Amazing time, great hotel!

    First time doing and all inclusive and first time in Mexico and I couldn't praise it enough. The grounds are clean and beautiful and the room was clean, large and had a great balcony. The food at the buffet had plenty of options and the French restaurant was exceptionally good. Also all the restaurants catered well for my gluten free needs. The staff where all super friendly and attentive. The beach and pool area are great, one lively pool with music and one quiter one. There are two small beach areas and a raised decking area with sand. All very beautiful with tones of loungers. Only issues being it says not to reserve them but people still do and its not enforced. Did two excursions offside that where both good, but did miss the the hotel so can't praise it more than that! Would highly recommend and hope to be back one day!

    Great hotel apart from loud music at pool

    Great hotel, good location, nice layout. Room spacious and clean., good facilities No kettle though only coffee machine!! Food exceptional- loved Italian restaurant- staff very attentive. Japanese such a fun night, chefs really talented. À la Carte- steaks amazing. Great pizzas by pool area and ice cream kiosk. Pool area - need to be up early to get a choice of sun beds. Unfortunately music at activities pool which starts at 12am is VERY loud!! Which does spoil the ambiance of the other pool and can be heard on beach too. Sunbeds on beach definitely bit quieter and easier to find if you don’t want to get up early. Night entertainment good and varied Staff very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Service quick and good at bars. Booked massage at Spa very good and used sun terrace/hot tubs etc if you book with spa reps around pool/beach area good discounts. Spa doesn’t have any hairdryers though. Overall would recommend hotel, check in/out was good.

    Great experience

    Amazing food, amazing service! This place is wonderful and we plan to come back. Ana made the best coffee everyday in the coffee shop and Leidy did a great job making sure we were taken care of.
