This was our second time at this resort and Kenddell Sansores made this trip as awesome as the first one. First time was in 2023 when we met Kenddell and as soon as he seen us two years later he called us by name, unbelievable!!! The pool and shows were great, awesome bar tenders, great food especially the Japanese one.( Hard to get into and seems like spots open all the time, only downfall of Japanese restaurant). Just want to give a second shout out to Kendall for his amazing attitude, always smiling, always helping, such a great guy. If he's there next year we'll definitely be back!!!

Ocean Maya Royale – A Truly Unforgettable Getaway!
Our stay at Ocean Maya Royale was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The resort is stunning, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and filled with the most welcoming staff. But what made our experience truly unforgettable was Kenndell. Every time Kenndell saw us, he went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for and completely comfortable. His genuine kindness and warm, welcoming spirit made us feel like family and turned our trip into something truly unforgettable. The food was fantastic — every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. And the private dinner on the beach was absolutely worth it! From the romantic setup to the incredible service and ocean view, it felt like something out of a dream. We left feeling so grateful for the memories we made and the people who made them possible. Ocean Maya Royale will always hold a special place in our hearts and so will Kenndell. We can’t wait to come back!

Renewed vows
Awesome adult only resort. Rooms are clean, beach and pool are nice. Food is incredible. We renewed our vows on the beach and had a reception in the Italian restaurant. We have been to this resort twice and would go back.

Our stay at Ocean Maya Royale in Playa del Carmen was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, modern and spotless rooms, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind the moment you arrive. The food was excellent across every restaurant — fresh, flavorful, and with great variety each night. The evening shows were amazing as well, full of energy and talent that kept us entertained throughout our stay. However what truly made this trip unforgettable was Kenddell Sansores. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for every guest set the tone for the entire resort. He goes above and beyond to make everyone feel special — he is truly the foundation of Ocean Maya Royale. If you’re considering a getaway to Playa del Carmen, this resort should be at the top of your list. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent Resort
OMR is the best all inclusive resort! We come 2 times each year and the staff is amazing. Viri and Pilar did an amazing job with the tequila class, and Pilar and Moises did great with the Mayan cooking class. Bartenders Octavio, Jorge, Eber, Miguel, Diego, Francisco, and Johnny…. TOP NOTCH!! The resort is always so clean and inviting. JoJo, nighttime lobby waitress, she’s a friend and we love her! Ana in the coffee shop constantly smiles and always has a hug! Ilsa, Sophia, Carolina, Esperanza are all excellent waitresses and make sure we always have what we need. David and Emilio at the Blue Moon are total movers and shakers, excellent service always! Now, let’s talk about the entertainment staff, WOW!!! Always so interested to know about the guests and they truly care about their work. Viri, Moises, Victor, Susie, Chickie Baby, and Kendall. I can’t stress enough how they make vacation so much more enjoyable! Thank you ALL for another great trip; until text time, my friends ♥️
