We stayed for one week from December 2d to December 9th at the family building beside the water park We were lucky to get sunny beautiful weather with the warm Caribbean Sea Check in was very fast at the large beautiful lobby Receptionists were very kind people Baggage guy was a nice guy delivered our baggage to our room Hotel has very large, well maintained beautiful territory with the central avenue right from the lobby down to the beach You can walk down to the beach or get a ride on a golf e-train Hotel has a lot of wild like were you can find cute animals like monkey, raccoons, capybara, coatis Our room was large comfortable, all appliances in the room like AC , TV , coffee had no issues clean up was every day The main buffet restaurant had a variety of food All staff had a great job done to cook delicious meals and serve tables and look after guests Animation team did the best every day to make guests happy Special Thanks to a bowling manager You can play bowling at the hotel too Mike’s cafeteria and ice-cream shop beside are great places to enjoy in the evening Some negative moments Many La-carte restaurants with a delicious food but it is a challenge to register in People are line up early in the morning at 7.00 am in front of the main restaurant to start registration at 8.30 am

My wife and I stayed here for a week from November 29 until December 6th 2025 in the El Beso section with a rooftop suite. The room, dated. Extremely. Water leaking from the ceiling by the closet, and stayed that way for the week. The rooms are in need of major updating. We tried to use the rooftop jacuzzi, but the damn thing wouldn't fill even if we left the tap open for a week. The food is average. Nothing impressive by any means. The hostess at Blue Moon for breakfast, I forget her name, but she is awesome. Always smiling and makes you comfortable. It was supposed to be open for El Beso guest for dinner as well, but everything we attempted to go, we were asked if we had reservations. Apparently you need to be privileged to go for dinner. We ended up eating at Route 66 most evenings and it was edible. The Italian restaurant was actually very good. I ordered the beef and it was better than the Steakhouse, which is over rated as well. The food there sucked. The buffet, hit and miss. The beach? What beach? It was the nothing to be proud of to be 100% honest. We travel 2 times a year and decided to give this place a try due to the situation in Jamaica. We will be going back to Jamaica from here on out.

Amazing privilege service
My husband, son and I arr staying at the property for the 1st time. Our check-in experience has been incredible. Adriana was extremely welcoming, professional and very friendly. She obviously loves her job.

Regarding the check-in process, Jennifer assisted us by arranging two queen beds, as our original booking included only one king bed for a group of three. She informed us that during the booking process, groups are unable to specify the number of beds. This adjustment allowed us to have a number of beds better suited to our group. Thank you, Jennifer & Jimena.
