Great place
Great relaxing place. Not a huge party place but relaxing. Beach right out front isn't the greatest but walk left or right 2 mins and its great. Great food, good entertainment and great drinks. Loved the wild life but where are the lizards! maybe I didn't look hard enough.

Great value on a budget!!
We just came back on December 7th. We were really happy overall! For the price we paid, this was an amazing vacation! The staff tries hard to accommodate and please us! Front desk was great and responsive. The rooms are a bit outdated and older yes. But clean and very reasonable for the price you pay. The one thing that really shocked me was all the complaints about the food? We loved the food and we are pretty picky and like to have healthier options. I feel like ocean riviera has provided great variety of options for everyone. We liked the taste and cooking of the chefs. The restaurants were mostly amazing! Sakura was great, Blue moon French was to die for! We want to mention Javier, the waiter. He was outstanding and so sweet! Very professional! Steakhouse was okay. We went to the Italian twice! Gorgeous outdoor patio. Zumelya and Miguel-favorite waiters! Great service! Buffet had a good variety of food everyday for lunch and breakfast. The staff always tried to book us reservations for the restaurants for the next day so we always had a dinner reservation for a restaurant rather than going to the buffet. We LOVED the coffee place and the pastries. The coatis were so cute!! There are Monkeys, and we saw a deer on the first day. She was so close by she didn't even care lol..... The property is beautiful! Looks like an outdoor mall with palms and nature along the paved paths. We took many walks because it's so pretty. Arturo was hilarious at the pool! He made sure everyone had fun. He was so energetic and funny. The beach was beautiful. Lots of activities for kids. Some free water sport activities. Chess, lounges, indoor and outdoor gym. Tennis and basketball. There is an ice cream place, bowling, pool, theater, club. Some CONS: The man at the smoothie place was rude and didn't want to work at all. I don't understand this attitude. We didn't even get anything and walked away because his demeanor was so off putting and mean. And that happened two days in a row. Also at night Eden was pretty noisy till 1 am. Pools were very cold. Outdoor bathrooms need some work. Some tips: put your towels on sunbeds early morning, people quickly take them. Reserve restaurants early morning for the same day dinner. You don't need reservations for Bluemoon(French), the mexican(margarita), route 66 and the villa marina. You can only go to restaurants for dinner. Otherwise breakfast and lunch is usually at the buffet. Also the coffee place has really tasty pastries and snacks. They have teas as well. There is a restaurant at the beach and has some options. Pizza was not bad. But this restaurant wasn't our favorite. Get massages at the beach-the pink shirts ladies. Luna and Beba were ours. Amazing! They charged us $40 each per massage. Overall me and my boyfriend had so much fun! We definitely recommend it for people who want to travel on a budget and still enjoy a beautiful place with decent service!

It's my 6th time here on this side of Mexico, would I stop here again, props not due to room charge, always looking for the
Nice staff but please specify a pool or sea view, otherwise your at the back of the hotel overlooking a garden that's not part of the hotel, then they will say a room is available for £120 English, all the time I spoke to people that got free upgrades???,it's nearly perfect, just still seems money grabbing when then can,it's a shame, could be perfect😔

Great Vacation at Oceans Riviera Paradise
Wow we had an absolutely amazing time at this resort. We travelled as a couple and stayed in the Eden building. Check in was fast and we loved our room. Our housekeeping attendant was Ana and she did an amazing job keeping the room nice and clean. The staff in the buffet were friendly with a special mention to Abraham. A friendly, hard working young man. I would also like to mention the very kind, friendly , staff in the Italian restaurant. The beach was rocky by the resort so we used the beach at the resort on the left. It was a beautiful sandy beach. The water was like bath water. I sure am missing it. I loved the natural beauty of the resort. Seeing the animals each day was a highlight of my trip. We didn't do any excursions because the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed staying at the resort. We weren't bothered by the time share people and staff did not ask us to write a review on Trip Advisor.

Fantastic week!
Great all inclusive resort for our first visit to Mexico. Food, drinks and rooms all good with super friendly staff. Lots of walking from the beach to the many pools and handy choices of restaurants. Motor carts for those that don’t want to walk. Happy travels!
