Wow Wow Wow
Recently visited the hotel for a short stay and wished we were staying longer. Our room was perfect, the bathroom was huge with gorgeous amenities and the view was just stunning. We were able to secure a reservation at Oro after reading the reviews, and we were not disappointed!! A nice variety of vegetarian options with excellent service, nothing was too much trouble for the bar or restaurant staff. We can't wait to return and will be making sure we book our table at Oro.

O2 Beach Club (not the arena!)
Having stayed at the really good sister properties (The Rockley and Sea Breeze) and also a day visit to the O2 last year, it was nice to be able to experience it's facilities more with a 3 night stay at the end of our holiday. Rooms are a very good size and our room had an excellent beach view. The pool beds here are huge and are the only place I've seen them in this particular style. The family accommodation block was being refurbished so the coffe area had been temporarily moved. There is a good range of eating options including the superb Oro restaurant tapas on the rooftop, Elements and the Bluefin. Would definitely stay here again.

Oro, the Beach, the Service – Simply Perfect
Our stay at O2 Beach Club & Spa was absolutely unforgettable – from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family with their warm smiles and genuine care, and the level of service was beyond. The beach is breathtaking, with soft white sand and clear turquoise water that felt like pure paradise every day. A true highlight was dining at Oro Restaurant, where every dish was delicious and beautifully presented, making each meal feel so special. The combination of stunning surroundings, incredible food, and the kindness of everyone we met made this trip one we’ll always treasure, and we can’t wait to come back!

Unforgettable
Our two-week stay at was perfect. From the moment we arrived the welcome tour set the tone — warm, friendly, and professional. The resort itself is beautiful in every aspect, with stunning surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease. The staff were absolutely incredible. Every single person we met went out of their way to make us feel on holiday creating such a welcoming environment. A special mention goes to Dwayne at the pool bar, who kept the Banks beer flowing with a smile and really added to the experience. We were also lucky enough to witness something truly special, the turtle hatchlings emerging at night. Being able to help rescue them was amazing. We cannot wait to return.

Great property, perhaps bad timing
My stay at O2 was enjoyable. The food was the best I have ever had at an all inclusive and the location was perfect. Additionally, the hotel was preparing for a renovation and this wasn't shared at the time of booking, and I am sure it is directly related to the small number of guests, in what I understand to be a very popular venue. I believe there should be more transparency around these types of things. I was expecting a very lively, social experience, and instead, it was a bit of a ghost town. One of the largest problems was that, given the price, the hotel was understaffed and people didn't show up to teach the fitness activities. The gym was sub par, so this definitely dampened the experience.
