Aug 14, 2026Glass Served in Food - Worst Hotel I've Ever Seen
Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. There is an Asian themed restaurant at the hotel which seems great, unless you don't like being served glass in your food. I was given a Tikka Masala which contained large pieces of glass in it which I only found after chewing and nearly swallowing on it. I reported this to reception who told me to email their manager but the email they gave me was for the company that stopped operating this hotel months ago, so I've since been emailing their generic 'help' email which all I've been getting is 'we're looking into it'. This has now been going on for 3 weeks. Basically, they've tried fobbing me off with a none existent email address and are now hoping I lose interest and drop the case. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Francisco at the pool provided excellent service. Phillips made amazing drinks. They are very courteous and helpful! I love them❤️
