We came to this hotel after leaving an air b&b. It was a last minute booking. We got a great deal on our room and for what I payed I honestly was not expecting much. To my great surprise this place was amazing. First off Adan made my cousin and I feel like royalty. He made mountains move for us. Every place we went they filled our glasses and made sure we were always with the best. He may be a manager or something but the one thing I do know is that he is very special. He had Steven in the Italian restaurant make my cousin a special pasta she brought with her due to food restrictions and he cooked it perfectly. The food here was surprisingly good. I should have started with how we were greeted by Jose the bellhop. What a sweet man. He protected our belongings with such pride. Pain entering we met Manuel. What another fabulous man. He got us into restaurants that were fully booked. His cohort Orlando (who was quite handsome) were always there with kind words helpful hints on what to do and also made us feel regal. I can’t say enough how happy I was to decide to complete our cancun visit here. All the staff was so pleasent and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. When I come back I will look no farther than the Wyndham website.

Best trip ever
One of the best experiences for vacation in a really long time. Everything was prepped, ready and clean for us. Never any interruption of service and the waiting staff always was SO happy to help. Carlos was such an amazing addition to the trip as he was always around during breakfast and lunch to make sure we were doing well and to wait on us if we needed anything. The longest I had to wait for Carlos to help me out on any occasion throughout the entirety of my one week trip was approximately 30 seconds. You can’t get any better than that. 10/10 and please give Carlos a raise!!!!

I have been to Cancun a few times don’t get me wrong the rooms in the hotel was gorgeous and was very clean the location is perfect £2.50 in uber to coco bingo but there was a few things that disappointed me we stayed for two weeks on arrive the hotel had construction going on the whole 2 weeks it was noisy smelly and dusty most taxi would not drop right outside hotel due to construction so we had to walk up the hill a few times not ideal after nights out etc the hotel entertainment was very boring and small there was no space for kids to be running around, the food is not nice we starved the whole two weeks also room service charges $5 per order the cleaners did not clean our room daily even tho it was promised they didn’t change the sheets the whole time we was there!! Also the taco bar was closed the whole time! I was very disappointed with this experience as we was bored a lot of the time there is only 2 pools also which fill up very quickly and there no space in them!!! Overall the staff was lovely but when complained about the dust and the noise waking me up at 7am was not helpful one bit I feel like this hotel is more for older couples who like to relax if your looking to have a fun holiday with family or friends I do recommend definitely looking else where the value was not worth it one bit

Amazing Carlos
Absolutely.. amazing. If you go on this trip you need someone like Carlos that takes care of you every day. He's beyond amazing. He's funny and true friend! The whole trip was 100% better because of people like Carlos and Berlin. They're absolutely amazing!
