I came with my fiance and it is our first time to be in Mexico and Cancun. I chose this Wyndham Grand hotel all inclusive. We had a great time in this resort. Room was very clean, had a great selection of food and staff were great. We had a regular friendly waiter, Carlos Aguilar who waits and anticipates on our needs and grants requests. We will definitely come back here in Wyndham Grand for vacation again.

Amazing staff
The staff here is just amazing: Victor and Carlos in La Paloma, Oliver at DaVinci, Ulises at the beach, and Elvia & Orlando at the lobby bar. I come here twice a year and they are always so kind and helpful.

Anniversary
The place is ok, but the staff is wonderful, specially Karla as a welcome person at buffet and Jorge also Noel, this three guys went above and beyond to help us enjoy our vacation.

Relaxing Birthday Getaway
We came for a 4-day stay to celebrate my 30th birthday. The resort had plenty of options to relax - pools, beach, & spa. Ramon was there every morning to greet us at breakfast and start our day off right! His service and the rest of the staff made this the best stay!
