Stayed at Kanapali resort. Housekeeping Lyn was fabulous. Although there is no complimentary breakfast and no mini kitchen. Just FYI. The rooms were clean and staff was nice and very helpful.

I believe that Outrigger has plans to make some much-needed updates to this property. Better amenities would be appreciated. However, one thing that Outrigger cannot improve upon at this property is the staff. To a person they were unfailingly helpful, willing to share their culture and so very kind. If you are fortunate enough to have Marivic as your housekeeper youvwill shed a tear when you leave. This gracious lady embodies the spirit of aloha and made us feel as though we were guests in her own home. The personal touches at this hotel are just lovely.

BAD BAD BAD! DO NOT stay here!!! The reviews on Google say this is better than the westin but I don't know how! We checked in and the person who checked us in said your rooms aren't ready and gave us our keys and said nothing else. The our room is 77 degrees. I called the front desk from my room hotel TWICE and NO answer!!! AFTER I called from my cell phone they FINALLY answered. The maintenance man came and said I turned the AC down to 60 and he will get his temp check. This is SOOOOOO BAD!!!!

This was the most Hawaiian hotel we have stayed in. The beds were comfy and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed our room facing the beach. Like the Keruig coffee maker but needed better choices of coffee. Would stay again.

Amazing vacation stay!
This was my dream vacation, one that I had been wanting to go on since I was a child. The people at the Outrigger made it so amazing. Everyone there welcomed us in and made us feel like family. It was so great being right on the beach and we took advantage of that! The hotel is within walking distance to Whaler's Village and so many great restaurants. I will recommend them to everyone and we will be back!
