Judy was so accommodating and sweet. She said hi to us every morning and afternoon and wished us a good day. If we needed something, she got it for us right away. She took the time to learn our names and brought a smile to Our face each day. We missed her on her day off— it didn’t feel the same.

We love the location, views, beach, food and shopping options at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort! The staff is always friendly and service is great. However, the rooms and décor are extremely outdated. Based on our oceanfront stays at this property and neighboring islands, the rooms are underwhelming compared to other resorts within the price range. The rooms should be renovated to reflect the cost and other outstanding features at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort.

Amazing!
This is by far the Best Hotel/Resort for us. Location is great, rooms and services are amazing. Mae from front desk helped us alot, she gave us the Best room view as well.

Best hotel ever
We live the outrigger beach resort it's in a perfect location where the water is perfect very friendly staff pool guys are great as well. Rooms are very clean and big too.

Amazing Tropical Getaway
The hotel was immaculately clean, and the room was the perfect size. Was an excellent location for my wife and I to have a tropical getaway. As with all of Hawaii and Hotels in general, prices just keep going up, but our hotel was priced in accordance with its perfect location on the beach.
