Beautiful, private over water bungalows. Attentiveness by staff was excellent. The dining at the Palafitos restaurant offered an excellent menu and great service. The cabanas on the beach are very quiet and relaxing with great service. From the time you arrive through departure all details are covered and managed professionally. Extra thanks for the attention given for our anniversary.

Great experience!
My hubby and I have been on several all inclusive vacations, but this one is the real MVP - seriously, it's been life-changing, and now I'm hooked! Every single bit of it has blown our minds, from check-in (so smooth!) The views were incredible wherever you were. Our bungalow was like a dream come true - all cozy and romantic, just like the pics. And let's not forget the amazing food even the room service was delicious. All of the staff went above and beyond, making sure everything perfect. We’re already planning our return to this slice of heaven.

Next level experience!
The palifitos experience was next level from the service team (Alberto was a star) and the butlers they provided (Aldo and Janet) as well as the amazing bartender (Francisco) who provided our every need. To the food experience that was simply amazing. Loved our time here!!

Memorable birthday getaway 😌
Everything was magnificent. The food, the location, the drinks & the service. Alberto was such a happy, helpful "bell boy". He's always smiling, singing & praises the joy of his job. Will definitely be back. I had the best birthday ever ❤️ I will Definitely recommend this location to family/ friends.
