❤️❤️❤️ It was amazing been here!!
The location is excellent, it has a romantic atmosphere. The room is extremely clean and well supplied. The music was a nice volume not to disrupt neighbors peace. The service was top of the line. The waiters are eager to solve any problem and offer options. The butlers were 20/10. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and the experience here surpassed our expectations in high. We are so grateful of choosing this place. Daniel, Enrique, Alberto, Pedro & Jaime (jetsky guys). Patricia, Jesus, Andres they deserve a rise so much! Their service is the top off all.

Honeymoon at Palafitos
Our entire experience was absolutely wonderful and made our honeymoon even more special. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We especially want to recognize Alberto, who we quickly became very fond of. His amazing personality, genuine warmth, and ability to make us feel so comfortable truly set him apart. He went above and beyond and was the perfect “cherry on top” of an already incredible experience. Palafitos 2026
Excellent service all around. Starting with check-in Liz was wonderful and actually arranged an anniversary flyer arrangement prior to my arrival so my wife would have a surprise with checkout. Then we met Alberto what a wonderful employee said hello to us all week going called us by name very caring always remember us. Angeles at the spa was wonderful as well. Yasser and Fer took wonderful care of us all week looking we lacked nothing. Thanks for making a wonderful and memorable vacation.
