    All around excellent

    Palmaia does not miss anything when it comes to tending to guess, and this is at all levels from food - all plant based unless you choose otherwise, the class offerings multiple times throughout the day - just show up, and the grounds and facilities are beyond compare. Staff is attentive, friendly, welcoming and available for whatever you would like. Secret tip: order chocolate mousse from Room Service and you will not be disappointed.

    Great Hotel

    We had a great relaxing vacation. The service was incredible. They accommodated us with all of our requests. The room was cleaned and large, we stayed at a room with access to a pool. The transportation from the Cancun hotel and back to the airport was comfortable and on time.

    Pure magic - beach, jungle and the most incredible service

    Palmaïa is honestly one of the most incredible places I’ve ever stayed. Where else can you be right on a pristine beach and backing directly onto real, untouched jungle – complete with wildlife and cenotes? I saw monkeys just outside my room, along with so many local flora and fauna. It feels completely immersive and connected to nature in the most special way. I had a beautiful suite with a sea view but I also saw some rooms that had direct access to the swimming pool. I couldn’t believe how clean everything was - from the rooms to the restaurants and beyond. Each block of suites was open to the jungle and still it was near spotless! What really surprised me was how much is included. The wellness offering is extensive, with daily classes and experiences you can simply drop into whenever you feel called. In between, you can relax on the beach, by the pool, wander through the jungle paths, or grab something delicious to eat. The food is exceptional. There’s a beautiful breakfast restaurant, a café, a food truck and lunch restaurant during the day, and four different dinner restaurants in the evening - mostly plant-based and genuinely some of the best food I’ve had anywhere. If I had to pick a favourite, Charley’s Vegan Taco Truck was outstanding. But above all, what makes Palmaïa truly special is the service. Every single member of staff was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Esteban and Diego, our Nomadic Guides, who were always on hand with kindness and care for anything we needed. Despite some worrying media coverage whilst there, I felt completely safe the entire time on site. I cannot wait to return - it’s truly a magical place!

    One of a kind vegan and holistic resort!

    Amazing one of a kind high quality of vegan resort. Oscar Sanchez and Karen - our nomadic guides - made the stay all that much more memorable and a smooth stay. Highly recommend. We will be back!

    Perfect place to reset, with the kindest staff

    The most beautiful trip to this wellness hotel where we felt so taken care of. The perfect place to reset. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Especially Alejandro from Su Casa restaurant, Blas, Samuel, and Yassin. The food is so delicious, the rooms are so comfortable and the ocean and place is so perfect. All of the activities are the best.
