Angel our tour guide agent already reached out before our trip to Palmaia Mexico has started. He helped me to organise and coordinate 4 beautiful and memorable trips around Playa del Carmen for me and my two boys. He was always very understanding and well organised in terms of pick-ups and timings and even helping to choose the right schedule for us. We will surely never forget this holiday and the beautiful time spent in nature in Mexico 🙏🏼🌴✨

Vegan heaven with a side of wellness
Relaxing vegan heaven retreat! Some of the best food ever and as a vegetarian it's so nice to be able to eat everything on the menu. The rooms are well appointed with a beautiful view- beach out front and jungle to the back. The wellness classes are excellent- we did a gratitude ceremony and 2 sound baths . The spa is an experience not to be missed- we did a couples massage and got to experience swimming in a cenote ( highlight), biocharger session, and a special Mayan couples ritual plus one of the best massages I've had. What really puts the whole experience over the top is the staff. They are unassuming but attentive and the attention to detail is next level. Reyes at the taco truck knew we liked cold brew coffee and would radio ahead to place our order when he saw us coming - just wow! Enrique at Eolo remembered we had come last Dec and always brought us Palomas and bar snacks and Luis at Su casa knew our standing breakfast order and brought us the best vegan pastries . Oscar the shuttle driver was so friendly and welcoming he really set the tone for our visit. All around we felt pampered and taken care of on a level we have not experienced elsewhere !

Superb service and food — dream hotel
The service at Palmaia is above and beyond. All the food is absolutely superb, much better than you would expect at an all inclusive. I also had the pleasure of going to the spa, which was a truly transformative experience. The activities are hosted by amazing professionals and are all so relaxing (loved the beach yoga and gong bath). All the rooms are top notch, and the beach couldn’t be any prettier. I will definitely be coming back — by far the best place I’ve stayed in Mexico!!!

Amazing experience
We were a family of eight and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, it was our first visit and would definitely consider going again. Our namadic guides both Kassandra and Karen were great, overall the staff was fantastic. We loved the activities every day, wish they had more of them. Everything was perfect, from the rooms to the beach and the restaurants. Would definitely go back again!

A wonderful resort for families
It was our first time at Palmaia and will definitely return for our next vacation. We booked a Family Master Suite which had a main room and a second bedroom for our little one. Food options were great for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Our toddler (who is a picky eater) did not go hungry - servers went out of their way to find something she enjoyed eating. Property has a boutique feel which we enjoyed a lot - not super busy. The one thing we did notice was that service was a lot slower paced than other 5 star resorts we’ve been to. Our dinners averaged around 2hrs in length which was sometimes difficult with a toddler who wanted to be on the go / up and about very quick.
