    Avoid if You’re Seeking Peace and Quiet

    We recently stayed at this hotel and had a very mixed experience. The positives: The swimming pools are genuinely nice and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming throughout the property. The on-site restaurant is very good, with food quality that stands out positively. The beaches themselves are beautiful—noticeably nicer than those in Cartagena, with great natural scenery. The negatives (and they are significant): Noise is the main issue and cannot be overstated. From 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, the beach becomes extremely crowded and noisy due to day-pass guests. The noise resumes again in the evening, roughly 7:00 pm to midnight, making it very difficult to relax or sleep. On top of this, nearby hotels host extremely loud parties, often continuing until the early morning hours. Even with doors and windows closed, the music carries clearly and disrupts rest. Food and beverage service is another major disappointment. Drinks are consistently poor in quality, and beer is rarely cold—surprising and frustrating given the climate. Dining also requires ordering food well in advance for a specific time slot, yet even then delays of 45 minutes to over an hour are common, which makes planning meals very difficult. Bottom line: This hotel might work for you if you: Don’t mind loud music throughout the day and late into the night, Are comfortable with a very crowded beach during daytime hours, Can tolerate nearby hotels hosting parties that make sleeping difficult However, if you are looking for a relaxing stay, quiet evenings, reliable food service, or a family-friendly atmosphere focused on rest and comfort, this is likely not the right choice.

    Not bothered by vendors

    It was a very pleasant beach in the Cartagena area. No vendors, and it was very well worth the money. Nice pools, good lunch and the beach.

    Amazing place

    This place is amazing. The vibes, the people, everything is very cool. Dainer was very helpful, made our experience even more amazing. Def would recommend this place to any of my friends. We took some fire pictures

    Great place

    Had a great time - stayed 2 nights. Farid and Jesus P. were awesome. Food was good - maybe a VIP section on the beach for overnight guests would be great. Will be back

    Very fun one day tour!

    Very fun one day tour experience. The lunch buffet was great. The Zumba class was very fun! I liked using the paddle board and having so many options to lay down. We had a massage and it was fantastic! My only complaint is not towards the hotel itself but rather the people booking this trip. Pick up your trash. We got there to no trash, and left surrounded by empty cans and bottles. A shame!!! The hotel should encourage having more trash bins all over.
