    It's one of the best spots you'll experience on the island compared to others.

    This is probably the best spot on the island. (People don't really respect the beach; trash is everywhere, and it only gets cleaned in the morning.) The hotel and beach club get super crowded on weekends, but if you stay a few days, it usually clears out in the evenings. Since they do day passes and full stays, there are always people coming and going. I was only allowed to use the VIP pool, which was also packed but better than the regular one I couldn't access. Portions are decent. For breakfast, you mostly get fruit and two pieces of bread. The chicken soup is really good, and you also get juice and waffles. Food ranges from 20k to 70k COP (about $6-$21 USD), which isn't too bad for an island and hotels. I didn't try the lunch buffet, which had a long line but was 50k COP ($15 USD). There are good options there, but I'd also suggest ordering from the menu if it's super busy, because some things are cheaper than the buffet, or it's just better not to wait 15+ minutes in line. The hotel staff will bring the food right to your spot. The workers weren't super attentive. They really do have a lot of customers at once, so I get why they're in a hurry, but sometimes they'd just ignore me, not sure why, lol. Especially the guys in white. There were some incredibly good people who really went above and beyond with their service, and I hope they get recognized and seen. Their management skills are probably the best and most on-point I've seen. They knew how to talk to customers and give them a better experience. I hope both of them get a teaching or management role. ●Merlin● and ●Yuramy●, and there also was a guy who was very charismatic and always had a positive attitude; his name was ●Dainer●
