- Children's program, onsite *The Conch Kritters Club is a new addition to The Regent Palms, specifically designed to entertain our younger guests. Participants can engage in one of our exciting activities or enjoy facilities at the club house, while their parents relax by the pool or at the spa. The program is available daily, offering half-day, full-day or evening scheduled activities with a ratio of one to five kids per counselor for children ages 4 to 12 years old. The children are engaged daily in a varied program of both indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities including lawn croquette, tennis, art projects, and exercises enabling them to experience a stimulating and fun-filled day. For children participating in either the full-day or evening programs, a healthy lunch or dinner from our set menu, plus a snack, are included in the price of $90 per child for daytime or $70 for evening inclusive of dinner and an after dinner movie. Beaches are pristine. The room was beautiful. Housekeeping was fabulous. The service was hit or miss. Some of the staff absolutely went above and beyond. And fortunately some did not... Erlie it was fabulous consistently at breakfast each morning! Room for improvement - the pool was extremely cloudy and needed a new filter. There was a lot of construction going on. The premises while we were there. Pool service and beach service was very good, and this staff was eager to help there

A stunning resort and superlative staff at The Palms in Turks and Caicos
I spent a delightful week at The Palms with girl friends in September. The resort is stunning. The rooms are beautifully decorated in soothing beach colors. The sand is buttery soft and the water is gin clear. But perhaps the best part of the resort has to do with the staff at The Palms. Each and every person I encountered seemed genuinely concerned and focused on our needs. I especially want to thank all of the ladies who took extra special care of myself and my gal pals at breakfast. Joana, Comalita, Joyce and all of the ladies there greeted us with warm smiles every day and treated us like family. Their care and attention will be remembered fondly and it made my trip just that much more special. 😘

Great stay at The Palms!
We had such a wonderful experience at the Palms! Every morning we were greeted by the kindest faces, often by Erlie and Arlean, and so many others! Our dinner at Parallel 23 was wonderful and the bar staff by the pool were so helpful for lunch and drinks every day. Lots of friendly visits from the managers, everyone making sure we had a wonderful stay. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!
