  Overall A Great Experience

  Our overall experience for the week we were there was great! Rooms were clean, facilities were clean, food was amazing at restaurants, average at buffet. The beach area was always clean but hard to get a lounger. We found the pool to be on the smaller side, no swim up bar which was disappointing and seemed to get dirty quite fast. Benjamin at Azul was great with suggestions and so funny, making jokes with us. All the staff were super friendly!

  Don’t believe the negative reviews!

  I am currently at the Hyatt Sunscape with my daughter for a girls trip. Do NOT believe the negative reviews! I have traveled all over the world, so I have some experience with hotels. This property has been great. The food is plentiful and very good and the beach is gorgeous. We booked a king/double junior suite and it is very generously sized. The beds are extremely comfortable, as are the pillows. Housekeeping does a great job. You get plenty of towels. The hair dryer in our room is brand new and powerful. There are two pools, one more for the kids and one for the adults, although kids can be there too. The pool is not Olympic size or anything, but it is plenty big enough for this property. So far, the best part of the whole experience has been the staff. Without exception, they have been lovely and attentive. The bartenders, wait staff, laundry services, absolutely all have been outstanding. I recommend getting the laundry services. For about $10 USD per day, you will have fresh clothes and can pack less. We also paid extra for a beachside cabana and were glad we did. It was comfortable and it was nice to be able to have the shaded cover. Plus you get wait service for drinks, which was nice. I felt it was worth the extra cost. This is not an adults only property so be prepared for children. It doesn’t matter to us, but something you should know. They are family friendly in the food department too, so plenty of options for the little ones. So far, we have eaten at the Ventana buffet, the Sunset grill, and Azul for breakfast. All have been excellent and again, the service was outstanding. We have not needed reservations for any of the restaurants. The bars are plentiful and easy access. The drinks were generously poured and not watered down. I’m very glad we chose this property and I would come back here again. Don’t believe the haters! So far

  Great Italian experiences Sunscape

  The Italian restaurant is the best at sunscape. Edgar was the best waiter. He was really friendly and cheerful. Thanks for chef Veronica’s great food. There’re more yummy dishes than what we can eat!

  Cancun – perfect mix of work and vacation 🌴

  We visited Cancun for a business trip (attending an expo), and it’s one of those places where you very quickly forget you’re actually on a work schedule. During the day we had meetings and the exhibition, and in the evening — warm sea, white sand, and sunsets that look almost unreal. It’s very convenient for business travel: good convention centers, hotels nearby, and transfers are easy to arrange. Cancun regularly hosts large international events and expos for tech, entertainment and online service providers, so it’s a popular spot for conferences and industry meetups. Service is a big plus. Hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly, most people speak English, and event organization is handled smoothly. After the expo, it literally took us 10–15 minutes to end up on the beach with a cocktail in hand. Tips: Choose a hotel in the Hotel Zone — the beach is fantastic and it’s close to restaurants and venues. Try to keep at least one free day for sightseeing: Chichén Itzá, cenotes, or just exploring the coast. The sun is very strong, so bring a good SPF. Overall, Cancun turned out to be a rare place where you can combine an intense exhibition schedule with a real vacation. We would definitely come back — both for business and just to relax.
