We love to feed nane and turkeys. Nice golf course, good view, very nice and clean place, and friendly staff.

Big Island vacation
Nice resort near some good restaurants. Spacious 2br 2 bath units. Pool,workout room and pickleball courts. Ocean views and close to great beaches.

Beautiful resort in quiet Waikoloa Village
We are fans of Paniolo Greens! The units are spacious and well-maintained; we also enjoyed the onsite recreation facilities, including a pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball court. The resort is located in Waikoloa Village, a lovely quiet town with several excellent restaurants. A car is required for short drives to the nearby beaches.

Great place in Hawaii
Paniolo was a very comfortable place right on the villages golf course. It was also only 15 minutes to nice beaches and very close to good hotels. I served as a great hub for visiting the entire island,

Gorgeous!
Gorgeous well appointed units. It was spotless. Plenty of towels and linens supplied. Very friendly staff.
