    Best dining experience!!

    Sebastian at Kabah (the Japanese restaurant) is one of our best memories of our vacation. Funny, great service and really goes out of his way to make the dining experience top tier! We went twice because he made it so fun! The food is outstanding as well! Not to be missed!!!

    Excellent experience!! The staff is fabulous! Friendly, helpful and efficient! The food is exceptional.

    Our favourite place to come!! It is like coming home. Amazing atmosphere!! Clean and well maintained. Staff is fantastic!

    This is a scam

    Do not go here unless you want to buy a timeshare. This hotel is a scam and caters to their members. When you book your room you are led to believe you are receiving a 4 star room. However you are put into their hotel that has been scheduled to be torn down within a month or two. This was not just our experience bUt many travellers we spoke with. The only way you can change to a nicer room/building is if you become a time share member or pay an additional 1600.00 or more for the upgrade. The time shares are stunningly beautiful but that is nowhere close to where you will be. This is also not an all inclusive. There are food items on the menus that are not included. The buffet is poor quality and limited selection. The restaurant’s are excellent but you are limited to how many of the restaurants you can use based on how long your story is. As mentioned , all menu items are not available with your all inclusive The grounds themselves are well cared for and very clean, but the resort itself he.vile caters to its members only

    Mayapan Mexican experience

    Mayapan Mexicaan food was delicious and the service very laid back and good at the same time. Lots of fun with waiter Ruben! Thanks….we will be back
