Oct 11, 2026Couple vacation -
The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean, but unfortunately the food was horrible. The buffet served the same bland, repetitive meals every day, making the all-inclusive package feel like a waste of money. The only dining highlights were the Copan and Italian restaurants, which offered much better quality and service. What really ruined the experience was the constant timeshare pressure. The concierge staff was friendly at first, but their attitude changed immediately once we declined the presentation. We were repeatedly approached and pressured throughout our stay, which became so overwhelming that we started avoiding the concierge area altogether. The nightlife was also very disappointing. Entertainment options were limited, repetitive, and lacked energy, leaving little to do in the evenings. The adults-only pool was another letdown, as families frequently ignored the rules and staff did not enforce them. Would we return? Maybe. The property itself is beautiful, but the horrible food, aggressive timeshare sales tactics, and pushy concierge staff made it difficult to fully enjoy our vacation. We definitely would not purchase the all-inclusive package again.
