I booked on their website because it stated it was an all-inclusive resort. What I received was an extremely overpriced room with no resort privileges. They wanted an additional hundred dollars per person per night to upgrade to all inclusive for the 2 weeks I was there. Not at all worth what I paid for because I felt I paid for all inclusive privileges. We ended up finding other restaurants around. The atmosphere was always somber. The staff was nice enough.

Great experience with family :) Food was good and on time, Alec attended us and he was so nice!!!! Specially to our children :) defenetly recomend
