Great service, limited food choices. The hotel was preparing all week for a major event the which limited cabanas availability. Our concierge was incredibly helpful but the options were limited.

Relaxing & Luxurious
My husband and I just celebrated our 13th Wedding Anniversary at this amazing resort! We prefer a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere and this place was perfect! I will say since we didn't go during "high season" the resort was maybe at half capacity, which for us was great. All the restaurants were still open and it was so easy to access anything we wanted. The staff here is top notch, so friendly and helpful. We did the reserve package (mostly because we wanted a room with the swim up pool) and we loved it. We didn't use our concierge as much as we could have or should have but other guests we talked to did and we will remember that for next time. Compared to other all inclusive packages we have done, we found the food to be way better than average with lots of choices and variety. The drinks were just "ok" unless you went into the Reserve Lounge and they had top shelf options there that were better. The room was nice (would prefer a different layout and bigger bathroom) but all in all it was great, and we LOVED having the swim up pool. We were able to swim in the ocean a few of the days which was nice and easily accessed a front row beach cabana both days (again, hotel was only approximately half full so I'm sure that factored in). The main pool was fun and vibrant with various activities throughout the day, but you could also find a quieter spot to relax if desired. The design, decor and grounds are immaculate and so beautiful. All in all we really loved our stay!

Great Rooms… Excellent service… A shout out to Glenda at breakfast she made our stay along with Samantha ( Vista Ballenas ) The Spa was very good.. The one thing that would help is a dinner buffet for those nights you want a good meal without the fancy stuff. Simple , quick and easy. The Italian restaurant next to the ocean was a very memorable experience watching the waves.( Pervola) Victor was first rate at the bar. Restful, nice ,upscale ocean front rooms….just a few more casual things for dinner would be nice… Rudolpho greeted us and made sure coming and going and information was available on almost every thing… Thanks to all of you that helped make our vacation great. Loved the sounds of the waves… and the great staff !!

Beach bar amazing
Sergio angel and nadia are amazing at the bar by the beach. Hospitality at its finest. Working in hospitality back home and growing up in the food industry I can 1000% tell you that they are the best!
