    Highly Recommend

    Amazing experience. Great hotel with incredible service. Food was great and staff went the extra mile. Had 15 in our party and they accommodated us every step of the way. Our concierge Juventino took great care of us and made it a point to meet us face to face everyday at the pool as well as check in via text. Location was also a major plus with the swimmable beach. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

    We loved our stay at Paradisus! Tremendous helpful, friendly staff! They made us feel welcomed, special, and cared for. Beautiful all inclusive resort. Exceptional pool with swim up bar. Right on the beach. Clean, quiet room, with a great view! We Highly recommend Paradisus!!

    Great Tequila Testing experience!!

    I stayed a few days with my family in this wonderful resort and I have to highlight the experience we had with Tequila testing, I am not a regular drinker but the Master Sommelier, Jorge Jimenez, was very patient with us explaining the history and giving us our time to enjoy with a sensory tasting. It was very interesting and fun, he guided us in every time and I just have to thank him for sharing his knowledge with so much passion. We were fascinated, the food, the views and all the staff do a great job!

    Could have done more.

    The resort itself is beautiful. The food is amazing!!! And this is coming from a cook and foodie. If you decide to stay at this resort, jut be aware there’s no really entertainment during the day and barely in the evening. You will have to leave the resort for entertainment. There’s not even much by the pool.

    Good, not great

    This is the second all-inclusive adults-only Paradisus resort we have stayed at. The first time, we stayed at The Reserve section of the Paradisus in Playa del Carmen and had a wonderful experience. We also stayed at the Reserve section in Cabo San Lucas. First, the things that we did not like. They refer to all of their rooms as "suites." They are not. They are hotel rooms with a small table and some chairs. A suite is defined as having separate living areas. Our room was very nice, but it is definitely not a suite and they need to stop referring to them as such. What they refer to as an "ocean view" is also not accurate. We upgraded for the ocean view and when we walked into our room, we were in the inner courtyard/pool area. You could barely see the ocean through the palm trees. We told them they needed to move us to a new room, which they did. They found us a room on the west side of the property with an ocean view and much more quiet than the inner courtyard would have been, but we lost having a king size bed for two smaller beds. We decided the view was more important. Lastly, the music at the main pool/courtyard area is way too loud. Many of the people staying at this report were in their 40s and older. Maybe the clientele is different during spring break, but this was not the time of year or the crowd for loud thumping music all day. Most days you could escape the loud music by using the beach area or the smaller Reserve area, but during our last full day the music was so loud it was spilling over to the Reserve area and was drowning out the sound of the ocean waves. Annoying. Now onto the good things. The food was great. The drinks were generous and not watered down. Their staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean and not outdated. The grounds were well groomed and cared for. This is also one of the few resorts in the Cabo area that has a usable beach area. The one thing that would keep us from going to this resort again would be the loud music.
