Great 10 days at Melia Paradisus Los Cabos
This is our 3rd time at this resort and our best experience so far. Housekeeping has been impeccable (and I'm super picky), service has been phenomenal, and rooms very well appointed (we have a swim out ocean front in The Reserve). Our concierge Roberto is amazing and so on top of all our needs and wants (including a lovely birthday celebration), our pool server Arim is second to none. Valeria and everyone at Sante are so genuine and kind. Our favourite server has been Cari at Sante, such a lovely and sweet professional. Whale watching has been tremendous this year and we're so glad to have 2 more nights in our stay and are already planning to book a 4th visit for next year Thank you to all of the managers of this resort as well, I can see you must truly care about your staff for them to all be so happy and engaged.

VIP - We felt privileged to afford to come here
WestJet Vacations – Paradisus Los Cabos, Adults-Only Reserve Ocean View Booked through WestJet Vacations from Edmonton, Alberta—what an incredible deal for a five-star resort! I’ll definitely use WestJet Vacations again. The resort is stunning, with amazing restaurants and 100% worth upgrading to Reserve. If you’re looking for pampering, ocean views, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is the place. The resort smells incredible, there’s a food truck by the pool (shawarmas included), and Reserve guests even get a complimentary bottle of hard liquor to enjoy or take home. Our room had a well-stocked fridge and snacks, and they’re mindful of allergies if you have any. The Reserve Lounge was a highlight, offering free charcuterie boards, desserts, and drinks until 11 PM. Service was exceptional, with Christina, our concierge, promptly handling all our requests & reservation via WhatsApp—was amazing, all staff are so kind and patient as I practiced my Spanish! Other perks included spotting whales from our pool loungers, appetizers brought to the Reserve pool, and a cozy fire pit reminiscent of a “Love Island” vibe. While the turtle release wasn’t happening during our stay, we enjoyed a fantastic shopping, tequila, and chocolate tour instead. No timeshare pitches here, which was a relief! Ignore the negative reviews—some people just seem entitled. The staff, food, and drinks were all outstanding. My only gripe? Fellow travelers (Trump Americans) in our shared van didn’t tip the driver, but thankfully, we Canadians stepped up for your entitlement behaviour and left a good tip. We still have five days left and already don’t want to leave!

Paradisus Los Cabos Reserve Swim Up
I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay here and I would absolutely come back. The hotel is beautiful in and out of the rooms. The amenities and perks offered to me were perfect. There’s nothing like stepping out of your room and straight into your own pool. I stayed in the reserve swim up room and this trip was the epitome of relaxation- which is exactly what I was looking for. They had a really fun New Year’s Eve party also. Every staff member was courteous, patient and understanding. Room service was quick and the food and drinks were better than expected in pretty much every restaurant. They made sure to come around to clean my room and restock my minibar daily. My concierge, Juliet was efficient and committed to ensuring I had a great time during my stay. The manager, Manuel showed great empathy and dedication to his customers. I could go on and on, but I’ll say simply say book it. Book the reserve and you won’t regret it.

Stunning Beach, Exceptional Staff, an unforgettable experience!
We had a fantastic stay at this resort! The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, the beach was hands down the most stunning we've ever seen, and the spacious, modern rooms made for a very comfortable stay. The beach is one of the few swimmable beaches at Los Cabos. We were there during the Christmas holidays, but it didn't feel too crowded at all. The resort felt safe and offered plenty of fun activities. While the food was decent, it could use some improvement, and the bathroom appliances would benefit from an upgrade. We highly recommend splurging on the Reserve experience for added luxury—it’s worth it. The highlight of our trip was the whale watching activity. Can't wait to return!

A wonderful sunny holiday
We had a wonderful stay at Paradisus over the Christmas break. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the pool was gorgeous, and the weather was sunny, what else could you want? They even threw a big New Years Eve party by the pool with special performances and a DJ! The food was tasty, I particularly loved the breakfast options, the lunch restaurant down by the pool, and the Mexican restaurant, but the other restaurants were good too, just depends on what you like. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms really tastefully done, and I just felt at home immediately. Special shout-out to Gisela who went above and beyond for us and was just so kind and thoughtful. We will be back!
