  Family Vacation

  Great hotel, Amazing Service and Food. Would definitely come back. The staff was very attentive, not overly crowded and not too much walking to get around the hotel.

  A week in paradise

  The only way to describe Paradisus is true paradise. I went for a much-needed vacation and was impressed by this resort. It is an all-inclusive, adults-only resort in SJD. I've stayed in Cabo San Lucas as well, and San Jose is more my vibe. It's peaceful, beautiful, and fun. Also, the food is delicious! From the pool dining to the restaurants, the food is excellent. Melva (breakfast), Tokimeku (Asian), Cielo (Mexican), and Agua Marina (seafood) are must-tries. Please have the ceviche if you stay at the resort! I still crave it. It's very fresh and delicious. We booked the Reserve for our stay, and I feel it was worth it. The Reserve included a chocolate factory tour and a tequila tasting with our guide Cesar, who was incredible. I will never forget Cesar, as his hospitality made a profound impact on me and the way I run my business. I had to share it with my team when I got back home. The resort amenities kept us entertained, and we enjoyed it all! They had live music in the evenings, fire shows, movie nights, and karaoke. Regardless of the nightly activities, the resort was still peacefull and calm. I also enjoyed the yoga offered overlooking the ocean; it was unforgettable. The pool volleyball was lots of fun, and we made many friends during our stay by playing volleyball and doing water aerobics. The activities team was super friendly and fun, especially Miguel and Jesus. I will say that getting to the hotel in Cabo, no matter where you stay, is a headache. Prebook your transit to the hotel. The airport makes you walk to call an Uber, since it's significantly cheaper, and rideshare drivers intentionally mislead you so they can price-gouge you. Do not buy anything from duty free with you arrive at the airport, save it for when you leave. Also skip the room after the bag screening; they are trying to price-gouge you on excursions. Everything in Cabo is negotiable, so don't say yes to the first price as it's overinflated. Also check your receipts and the exchange rate when you're shopping! They will try to overcharge you if you're a tourist, as they think you don't know. This has happened to me all over Cabo, every time I've gone. I love Cabo and will return without hesitation, but you have to be aware of what's going on around you. If you're trying any restaurants off resort, check out the Sunset Monalisa for dinner at sunset. It is incredibly romantic and an unforgettable experience! Food is delicious too. Pricey but well worth it. El arco/the arch is another excursion I highly reccomend if you've never been. You get to see where the Pacific meets the gulf and it's beautiful. Lovers beach is also a very fun beach to swim in! The beach at the resort was beautiful and the water was incredibly warm. We swam at this beach, I believe it's called Tequila Beach. We also rode horses at sunset on the beach and saw sea turtles while we were there too. It was unforgettable! The horses are owned by a man named Jorge who is hilarious and gives a great experience. The room was very clean and spacious. I loved the bathrooms and the shower was huge. I loved Paradisus and it's a no brainer for me to return! If you're looking for a beautiful Cabo getaway with incredible value, Paradisus is the place for you.

  Wouldn’t Return

  Pros: we booked the reserve swim up room and it was really nice, great view. Staff was friendly and it was easily to get in touch with our concierge. The hotel itself is beautiful. Cons: food was awful, truly almost inedible. We tried almost all the restaurants and the only one that was decent was the Mexican restaurant. Breakfast buffet - food was generally cold and soggy. Our room smelled like mildew and we found a cockroach one morning. We will book elsewhere next time we come to Cabo.

  Fantastic stay!

  This hotel offered a fantastic location along with wonderful service and delicious food. The entire staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and made the trip very memorable.
