Sep 23, 2026Nice resort but room issues
our first day was a disapointment because our air conditioner was not working and our safe did not work. we were told we could not leave the room and waited for hours for maintinace to repair. Waited the remainder of the day for that to be done. The staff by the pool was not at all attentive, they all stood at thier stations out of the sun and seemed to argure who was supposed to serve us, we got tired of that and just got up from the pool and the beach to get drinks ourselves.

Amazing experience at Blueagave restaurant in Paradisus Palma Real. The food was out of hand , Alexander our waitress was really friendly. Highly recommended. Our top restaurant in this hotel.

The blue agave restaurante was amazing , food was delicious and the service was excellent , the cookers were so professional and Alexander took care of us pretty good , I love the place .
