    Paradisus Palma Real – Extremely Disappointing Experience

    I would never recommend this hotel. We booked what was advertised as an all-inclusive package, but it was far from it. Food was only available at very limited times and in specific locations, leaving us with no real options throughout the day. The staff was unhelpful and in many cases outright rude. Service by the pool was nonexistent—no one ever checked on guests, and when we asked for help, most employees didn’t seem to know anything. On top of that, there were no basic amenities such as a shop for essentials or even an emergency convenience store within the hotel. For a resort of this size and price, this was shocking. My husband and I travel four times a year for quick getaways, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had anywhere. We expected a relaxing, stress-free stay, but instead we dealt with poor service, lack of food options, and no sense of hospitality. This was our first and last visit to Paradisus Palma real

    Punta Canna on Steroids

    Beautiful resort. Grounds are immaculately maintained. Great views of the ocean from our private patio. Beach was magnificent. Great night life. Very good restaurants. Our Reserve room on the Adult side was magnificent. Concierge service was excellent. The resort exceeded our expectations. Truly a 5 star resort.

    THE BEST VACATION YET

    This was the most amazing vacation I’ve ever been on. The staff was amazing ESPECIALLY Freilyn, Anderson, Joanna and Fernando. They took care of us and entertained us the entire week. We will definitely be coming back!!!

    Girls trip

    Leaving tomorrow after a week in paradise.myself and two of my girlfriends stayed in a junior master suite just steps from the beach. Beautiful room with plenty of room for the three of us. Service was excellent and always with a smile great food and top shelf liquor for drinks. Did a day trip to Saona island with Seaside Punta Cana….so beautiful… planning on bringing my kids and granddaughters here next June

    I visited Paradisus Palma Real in Punta Cana with a friend and we had the time of our lives. We are planning to return early next year.
