The first vacation we have taken where it felt like someone was also taking care of the parents!!!truly a paradise. And it’s so beautiful! I loved the bridges over jungles and all the koaties and cats hanging around. Loved our swim up room too! We did family concierge and Jorge Hernandez made everything so easy!

Beautiful place for a young family’s Christmas vacation
Paradisus is a beautiful resort. The staff are incredibly helpful and always saying hello with a friendly smile. If you need anything just ask. They go above and beyond for families. For our first all inclusive trip as a family it was perfect. The family concierge team (Paola and Jorge) made every day a stressfree and exciting adventure. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The tub on the balcony was a huge hit for our kiddos. The pools are perfect temperature for us to enjoy all day. This resort is not short of any family activities for the kids or the adults! My son is already planning our return trip for next year!

Amazing family resort
Amazing time at Paradisus Playa Del Carmen, there is not a single thing we would change! Jorge was our concierge and he was attentive and so helpful. We will be back
