We had a great stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen and really enjoyed our time there. The resort was beautiful, the staff were great, and a big thank you to Erika from the Family Concierge for taking such good care of us and helping make the trip a really enjoyable one. We really appreciated everything she did for us!

Wonderful place
Wonderful time with family during our 3rd visit. The service, the beautiful room (we stayed in a reserve suite overlooking the ocean) and the food was all fantastic. One service professionals that we must shout out was Antonio (at Sante restaurant) who treated us so well.

Amazing Paradisus
My family and friends visited for a week and we had a blast from the awesome employees, food, clean environment , the gym and pools and so on . The guest services did a great job and expecially Daniel always making our kids happy from different kids shows , face paint , water activities and crafts making for kids. Thank you Paradisus!!! We would totally love to come back and see you 🤍

I booked a room for my mother in laws birthday. A swim up suite. I was super excited until…. Workers had to come and fix everything that was wrong. My concierge person was a terrible host and yet she called me to be sure everything was OK after I complained to every single help desk I could find. What a waste of money. Also people from the community pool area who are drunk can literally just swim up to your room… there’s no lifeguard or security. What a joke. I’m furious but also now incredibly aware that this brand is just not for real people who value their savings.
