This was our second trip here and we had the absolute best time! It is the perfect vacation for our family. My two and four year old love all of the food and the water park. The adult food is absolutely delicious! Oliver at Cielo was our favorite waiter. He was very passionate about the food, so we let him order for us and it was so amazing!! Jonathan is the best family concierge, highly recommend requesting him. We will be back again :)

Celsius grill
We love Rachel at the Celsius grill! Great service and fun personality!! Food was great too! We will definitely ask for her all week. She even answered all our questions about local places to stop by. She went above and beyond.

Josie & Liz!!! Do the aqua fit classes!
First off, I thought I would get tired of swimming, drinking, and dancing everyday(NOT). The staff here makes sure everything is entertaining and that there’s enough tequila to go around for everyone! The dance classes hosted by Josie & Liz are awesome! Tony & Guadalupe brought the heat too! 🔥And the entertainment in the afternoon with games are so fun. Highly recommended to come here with your family or your significant other.

Great family vacation
This was our 2nd time at the resort. We went last year and loved it so decided to book again this year and we had a wonderful time. It is super kid friendly, especially for younger kids. Ours are 1,4, and 6 and it was perfect for them. They have a smaller waterpark that was perfect for their ages and the pirate ship pool was a hit. The shows were super cute each night and they really try hard to make it extra fun for the kiddos. We did the swim out suite and it was fantastic and our concierge Andres was very nice and helped us with dinner reservations and brought cute gifts for the kids. The resort is beautiful which made it super nice for adults too.
