The room is a great size, the staff was pleasant. There are plenty of food options around the resort. The entertainment activities for the kids were great! This is the first vacation where my kids and especially my 3 year old did not want to leave. My kids loved, the pools, Waterpark and easy access to the beach.

It was ok, but we can do better for the price.
Hotel is nice. Pretty much standard all-inclusive. Food was good but not all restaurants are the same quality. We paid for the family concierge upgrade and concierge part was useless. Also it was very noticeable that personnel is not always know what are they doing. Maybe it is lack of understanding English or luck of general knowledge, but I wish they were more focused on helping rather than giving standard answer.

The good: Beautiful beach and pool. Fantastic staff - treated very well by almost all. The bad: Extra fees for cabanas on beach and near pool. Very hard to find 2 free chairs together at either place. Our room reeked of mildew or mold. A few days ago, I opened a zippered case that I took with me and the smell was still there. The hotel was full so we were stuck there. The just OK: The food. Really. Just OK The property is crawling with racoons and coatis. Disappointed. Not going back

Pillows are fluffy, everything is well maintained and staff is amazing. Our family concierge (Miriam) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyed. The servers and chefs even catered to my allergies so that I can enjoy all the food that the resort has to offer. GREAT family place to visit and they even babysit for your kids if you want to go explore the adult side. Would visit again❤️ Thank you Miriam!!

Beautiful Property
Was a beautiful property with lots to offer. Service was great in some areas and really lacking in others. Friendliness and welcoming atmosphere were not consistent throughout. All inclusive activities were not thoroughly explained or offered. Room has a ceiling leak and there was no urgency to fix it. Overall a good stay, my kids had a great time in the pool and Waterpark. I would consider coming back but would explore other options first.
